“David’s book has filled a major gap in the literature dealing with family Trusts – fully illuminating and encompassing the whole question of a Trust as owner. His notion of a “Self Governing Beneficiary” alone will make his book a classic in the field of wealth and well-being. I strongly recommend this book!”

—James (Jay) E. Hughes, Jr., author of Family Wealth: Keeping it in the Family and

Family: The Compact Among Generations; co-author of Family Trusts
